LONDON {my new home}

Near the London Eye there is a big display of coke ads that all had amazing graphic designs to them. This one was one of my favourites.

me and another local

We took a bike-cab one night which was both A LOT of fun and also very scary. Our drivers raced and swirved back and forth like crazy- we had to hold on for dear life.

Some of my friends here- melissa (in the blue) is one of my flatmates. The other two are Vicki and Meghan who live a few flats down.
We took a trip to Greenwich which had a lot of little markets. The Royal Observatory is also there. This picture is of us standing on either side of the Meridian Line.We also went into some Royal Naval thing (my memory is fuzzy) but they had a big painted hall where the sailors eat at when they come back. It was painted by some famous guy who also painted some famous chapel or dome or something in Italy.... maybe I should have picked up a broshure.

As part of our orientation the second night, we went to the London Eye (the big ferris wheel type thing that overlooks london). It was kinda cloudy out.

we live right near the British Museum (which is free admission) so we roamed around for a while on the weekend. The ceiling is glass so you can see through to the sky (like hogwarts! only not quite)
i fit right in
